What data is collected
Contact form. When you send a message, the form collects your name, email address, the type of shoot you are interested in and your message.
Server logs. [PLACEHOLDER] The hosting provider may record technical data such as IP addresses and request times in its logs, for security and operation. Confirm what the hosting provider records and for how long.
Photos and video of people
Photos and video taken on a shoot can show people who can be identified. They are used only for the purpose agreed with the customer, and permission is asked before they are shown on this site as examples of work.
[PLACEHOLDER] Describe how model releases are handled, how long raw footage and unpublished photos are kept, and how someone can ask for a photo of them to be removed.
Drone footage
[PLACEHOLDER] Aerial footage can capture people and private property by accident. Describe how such footage is handled, for example blurring or deleting identifiable people who are not part of the shoot.
Why the data is used
Contact form data is used only to reply to your message and, if you become a customer, to plan and deliver the shoot you asked about.
Legal basis
[PLACEHOLDER] Confirm the legal basis for each purpose (for example consent, or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract).
How long the data is kept
[PLACEHOLDER] Define how long messages are kept, for example a set number of months after the last contact unless a customer relationship follows.
Who the data is shared with
Data is not sold or shared for marketing.
[PLACEHOLDER] List the service providers that process data on behalf of Arctus Digital Oy (for example hosting, email and photo delivery or storage), and whether data is transferred outside the EU/EEA and on what basis.
Cookies
This site does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools. [PLACEHOLDER] Update this if embedded galleries or videos are added, as they may set their own cookies.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to your data, and to ask for it to be corrected or deleted. You can also object to processing, ask for processing to be restricted, and withdraw consent. Contact the address above.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman in Finland (tietosuoja.fi).
